GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
The organisation, Ngee Ann Polytechnic Ambassadors have a total of 5 different groups in order to man the welfare of all ambassadors. As the Group Leader, I am in-charge of the overall well-being of my members hence I do frequent check-ups on them to ensure that they are coping well and having a work-life balance.
TEAM PLAYER ATTITUDE
Being in Ngee Ann Polytechnic Ambassadors and from my previous leadership experiences, I've learnt how to lead and communicate effectively with different types of people to ensure quality work is produced. Moreover, planning the various events hosted by Ngee Ann Polytechnic such as Poly Experience 2022, Find Your Dream Course 2022 and Open House hones my efficient team player attitude as such events requires a strong teamwork.
ADAPTABILITY
I am adaptable to changes as I believe that good feedback and new updates helps projects to be better than original plans. For example, I am the Overall-In-Charge for Ngee Ann Polytechnic's RED Camp Student Leader Recruitment Drive 2022. As such, I worked together with the Cooperate Communication Officers of Ngee Ann Polytechnic on the planning and executions in Operations and Administrative work. Due to the overwhelming responses, I had to constantly be alert and adapt to the latest updates from Cooperate Communication in order for a successful recruitment.

EVENTS MANAGEMENT
Having been through planning and the execution of several events throughout my years in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, have given me the opportunity to learn how to think ahead when it comes to running a successful event. It involves critical thinking process and fast adaptability when situation arises. I enjoy such adrenaline and working with people when it comes to events management because it allows me to constantly progress as an individual both mentally & physically.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF TRANSLATION
As Chinese Media & Communication Diploma is a Bilingual Course, students are knowledgeable in translating English to Chinese professionally, vice-versa. Hence in the module classes, we learnt how to translate short phrases, news articles and song lyrics etc.
SKILLED IN PRODUCTION
I learnt the techniques required for Radio and Video Production through my Diploma in Chinese Media & Communication. The attached below is a Radio Production that narrates a chinese novel done by my Co-Host and I. Recently, I have also participated in a Radio Camp organised by Singapore Press Holdings & one of their brands "UFM 100.3", the camp taught us various skills required for Radio Production & Industry.
